Therapy can help you view difficult issues from a different perspective. A new perspective can help you change patterns and solve problems differently, leading you to feel more comfortable in your day-to-day life.
My name is Aubrey Scott and my goals in therapy are to help you feel understood and to begin to look at life through different lenses, lenses less colored by depression, anxiety, and trauma. I use an overarching strengths-based approach to guide my work in therapy. My focus over the last 6 years has been helping young adults and families work through trauma and create a life they want to live.
